Where and when can Floorless Floors deliver items?
We use a pallet delivery service which normally takes between 2-3 working days.
All products are delivered to the kerbside of the delivery address.
Depending on location within the UK, delivery charges start from £45.00.

Customers are welcome to visit our warehouse and collect their flooring in person. We are located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Simply call us, or email us with your contact details and we can arrange a time that suits us both.
Returns & Refunds
If you want to return your Flooring product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 10 days after receiving it. Please note the packaging cannot be damaged/opened and return delivery
costs are the customers responsibility. Once we have received the flooring back at our warehouse then a full refund will be issued, less the original delivery cost.
If your delivery shows any signs of damage then this must be IMMEDIATELY reported to the delivery driver and noted on the delivery note BEFORE signing. You will then need to notify us of the damage within 3 days of delivery. If damage is reported AFTER your delivery has been signed for then claims will not be accepted.
If you would like to exchange your flooring for another colour then you would need to return your order to us at your own expense and in the same condition you received it. This must be done within 10 days of receiving the delivery.
Please note that all boxes must be returned in the orinigal packinging, unopened and without any damage to the box.
